2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

3. Estimates, Proposals, and Scope of Work

Estimates are based on information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

The final scope, materials, finishes, and pricing will be defined in a written proposal or contract.

Underground conditions, unforeseen site issues, or customer-requested changes may require written change orders and additional charges.

4. Scheduling and Site Access

Scheduling is subject to weather, permitting, material availability, and site readiness.

You must provide safe access, clear work areas, and necessary utilities (water/electricity) during the project.

5. Materials and Workmanship

We use industry-standard materials and practices appropriate for Florida conditions.

Normal concrete characteristics such as hairline cracks, color variation, and curing marks are not considered defects.

6. Change Orders

Changes to the scope, materials, or schedule after contract execution must be documented in a written change order and may affect pricing and timelines.

7. Payments and Refunds

Deposits may be required to secure scheduling and materials.

Progress payments are due as specified in the proposal/contract.

All payments are non-refundable once work or procurement begins, except where required by law.

8. Permits, Codes, and Utilities

Unless expressly stated in the contract, you are responsible for obtaining permits and approvals.

You must locate and mark underground utilities before work begins.

We comply with applicable building codes and industry standards.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant workmanship against defects for a limited period specified in the contract. Materials may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, settlement, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

10. Safety and Property Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect your property; however, heavy equipment and construction activities may impact landscaping and surfaces adjacent to the work area.

11. Photos and Marketing

We may photograph or video completed work for documentation and marketing. To opt out, notify us in writing before the project begins.

12. Intellectual Property (Website)

All website content, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

13. Prohibited Uses

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringing upon the rights of others.

Uploading or transmitting malware, harmful code, or disruptive content.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of our website or services.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jalo Concretes harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
